So I'm sorry everyone... but this weaning business is a bit time consuming! Not only do we have our usual four hourly bottles during the day (roughly 7am, 11am, 3pm and 6pm) but now there's also breakfast at 9am and lunch at 1pm (somebody please tell me where I can pack a third meal into this nonstop schedule of meals??) and the rest of my time seems to either be spent making baby food or holding the baby in a permanent sitting position as he can't yet do it himself but has decided that he hates lying down :-) Ahhh... Fun times!!
This weekend is Oliver's Christening and my birthday so my whole family are travelling down for both which I'm very excited for - Oliver hasn't seen his great grandparents since he was 2 months old though so I think they're in for a shock! I am amazed this year about how little I seem to have remembered it's my birthday - I've barely even mentioned it! Usually I'm one of those who mentions it every day in the month leading up to it haha, how times change.
In the meantime, pending a lovely Christening update on Monday (See? Reading this back, I forgot my birthday again!), I will leave you with this picture I took yesterday and am seriously considering making the new sidebar pic as it's so darn cute! Enjoy the sun everyone!!
