The one where I've been babbling for 10 years

Today marks my 10th year of blogging. At the grand old age of 25, I think this is quite an achievement... since when do teenagers stick at anything? The answer is of course that they don't. This blog has had many hiatuses of varying lengths, a few different homes (it originated as a 'diary' over at Diaryland before I moved it all over here). I have since split my blog in two as I felt that my teenage self and my early twenties single self were somewhat conflicting with my old married lady self in terms of writing style and content. You can still access all those old entries if you have any interest in having the link although I have no interest in posting it here - they probably make for far more exciting reading (and certainly contain far more drunkenness and blue language!) than my posts these days ;-) Still they need to be kept, to remind myself of how far I've come and how much I've changed in the last 10 years, not to mention as a reminder of all the crazy things I used to get up to!

I wonder how many of you are long time bloggers? How much has your content changed over the years (or has it at all?) and why do you still do it? I personally find having my own little space on the internet quite fun - I can write whatever I like, whenever I like and don't have to answer to anyone and how often in life can you honestly say that?
